Emotional Literacy
Every emotion has a story. Learning to listen to them is part of healing.

Many of us were never taught how to identify, understand, or express our emotions.
Instead, we learned to ignore them, suppress them, apologise for them, or judge ourselves for having them.
Emotional literacy is the ability to recognise what we are feeling, understand what those emotions might be trying to tell us, and respond to them with greater awareness and compassion.
This section is designed to help you build a healthier relationship with your emotions, one feeling at a time.
The library contains eight free EL resources.
You can download one exercise at a time, or work through them in order.
