Self Care

Self care is not selfish.
It's not about luxurious spa days or expensive shopping trips.
It's taking time out to give yourself the same care and consideration that you would offer a loved one - especially during times of pain, trauma or recovery.
This space is here to help facilitate that and hopefully help to support your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
Whatever works, and not everything will - hopefully you will be able to return to it again and again whenever you need to rest, reconnect or simply just breathe.
Use these free resources in whatever way feels right, whenever you need to.
