We covered the topic of basic self-care a little while back.
No matter what is going on in your life, self care is something that we should all be practising, but when you find yourself in a situation that has such a huge impact on your mental health, practicing even the most simple of exercise's can be lifechanging.
Each Sunday, we will be posting a couple of things that you can do to help you out when the situation gets too much, and going into the benefits of these exercises.
